- • Priority Plan: Recommended for individuals managing one or more chronic conditions, or those who would benefit from more proactive and ongoing clinical support.
- • Concierge Plan: Designed for individuals with more complex or multiple health conditions, or those seeking comprehensive, high-touch support and advocacy throughout their care journey.
All plans include secure consultations and expert review of your medical information when care decisions arise.

- Same-day scheduling priority when available
- Direct clinician cell phone access for urgent guidance.

Consultations are typically available within 2 hours depending on clinician schedule, or sooner when possible.
Our goal is to respond as quickly as possible and within 24 hours. Response-time goals are not guaranteed and depend on clinician availability; emergencies require calling 911.

Transparent Pricing
Hospital Interventions operates as a self-pay advisory service. You (or us) may bill your health insurance in addition if applicable. We can provide you the receipt for your services and codes for billing. This allows us to focus entirely on providing independent, patient-centered guidance without insurance restrictions. Subscribers may cancel at any time.
All plans self-pay unless insurance contracts are later established.
